Homebirth Access Sydney

Homebirth Access Sydney is a non-profit organisation which supports mothers and families' rights to informed and empowered homebirth.

We:

promote and support homebirth as an accessible and attainable birthing option

produce a quarterly magazine, Birthings, which is full of articles, birth stories, information, support groups and listings (midwives, doulas & prenatal services)

host a bi-monthly Homebirth Parents' Group

host evening discussion meetings on topics related to homebirth

sell homebirth products

lobby government to provide publicly funded homebirth services

exhibit at expos eg. 'Pregnancy, Babies & Children's Expo'
