DOULA
Jacinda is a Doula, a trained birth support person who provides
continuity of care throughout a woman's pregnancy, labour/birth and
postnatally. A Doula stays with the labouring woman for the entire labour (or from whenever the labouring woman feels she needs her Doula) and provides physical comfort as well as emotional support.
