Parenting
Likeminded support reduces isolation
"I am so ridiculously happy that I found this group. I was feeling quite lost and lonely (in the world of parenting) beforehand" (Jay, mother of 1)

"In my area most mums don't understand why I am so different, and critise me for being 'too attached'. I was about to wean my one year old, but after the talk we had at playgroup, I changed my mind, I am thinking breastfeeding him at least until two. Yesterday he accidentally injured himself, he was bleeding badly and when I took him to the medical centre, he was screaming and wouldn't let the doctor exam him. I put my nipple in his mouth, he calmed down quickly. I was so grateful that I didn't wean him off! Thanks for changing my mind." (Ruby, mother of 1)
