Welcome to Birth in Balance, specialists in pregnancy massage, remedial/relaxation massage, natural fertility and nutritional advice for women.  We are located at Cronulla in the Sutherland Shire, South of Sydney.

It is our aim to optimise your fertility, pregnancy and post natal health and wellbeing by supporting you with natural therapies throughout pregnancy, birth and beyond.

I have just attended my third 'Pregnancy-the Inner Journey' workshop. I am 30 weeks pregnant with my second child. The wisdom and insights shared and gained have been just as profound as my first workshop with Jane, which I attended prior to consciously conceiving my son. The nature of the sacred space that is created by Jane and the other women attending allows an incredible opportunity for insight and healing. I felt very safe, held and heard and so very blessed to witness the vulnerabilities and deep wisdom of the other women. Together we all weaved a web of love, support and understanding. I feel wonderfully empowered as a woman and in awe of the mystery and magic of pregnancy, birth, mothering....life !! A women gathering is always a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with our selves and remember how special and unique females are, but Moonsong was much more than this: I discovered the little goddess that lives inside me and forms part of an ancient sisterhood perfectly synchronised with the rhythms of natural cycles, from the circle of life and death to the changes of seasons, the moon phases and our most inner being. Everything is interconnected and beautifully woven by the old wisdom of Herstory, which must be remembered and cherished by every woman to be kept alive.
